Its cliche I suppose, but customer service is critical in real estate. We as a society have been forced to deal with bad service from our banks to car dealerships to airlines. In real estate it can be the difference between a getting an offer or a missed opportunity. In todays internet age, we expect instant information. If we don't get it, we move on. This is exactly what happens when people are looking at houses. If there are outstanding questions that don't seem to be getting answered in a timely fashion, especially in a buyers market, the buyer moves on.
